Hello Followers,

After some weeks of calm an quite in Victoria Downtown, we are back on the “adventure trail”. Last week we had a little celebration of Isa’s birthday (thanks again for all the greetings). On the weekend we started a 2-3 day hiking trail along the Juan de Fuca trail. Spending our nights in our tent in the wild.

This real outdoor adventure started in with some nice hosts (Lisa, Doug and their daughter Rachel) in Sooke (where the trail starts). We met Lisa 3 weeks ago on the Ferry to Vancouver Island. With herself just coming back from a round the world trip, she recognized us as “Longterm Travelers” because of our huge Backpacks. Within a 3 Minute chat, she invited us to come to her, and her husbands place, to stay there for a while before starting our hiking trip on the juan de fuca trail (that we allready had in mind at this time).
